  4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-15 business days.
  5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  6. Damaged or Defective Products: If your product is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the item for a replacement or refund.
